By submitting payment details, you authorize Lovara and its payment partners to charge the applicable amount. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY

Our Services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

WARRANTY POLICY (FOR MASSAGERS & PERSONAL CARE DEVICES)

Warranty Period

All Lovara massagers are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer.

Covered Defects
  1. Manufacturing defects
  2. Material deterioration under normal use
  3. Electrical or mechanical failures
  4. Battery or circuit malfunctions
Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Discoloration or fading
  3. Damage due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
  4. Use of non-recommended chargers or lubricants
  5. Water damage beyond product specifications
Warranty Claims

Customers must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Description of the defect
  3. Photos or videos, if requested

Lovara reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.
